Estimated Completion times
Please keep in mind that these time frames are only estimated.
Times mostly depend on the size of a queue [ Normally larger around convention times and large public holidays ] and the amount of work shifts I am rostered for.If any unexpected emergencies or other sudden events arise, compensation and refunds will be looked into and discussed on a case by case basis.Please remember that you may reach out about your commission/s at any time, doing so is always allowed. Coywolf Customs works on suit commissions at a slower pace as they are still currently practicing. Please keep in mind these are also estimated timeframes. They may take longer as fur may take a while to ship, hand sewing for long periods of time becomes unfavorable, unexpected sewing machine repairs, fur storage issues alongside their rostered work schedule.

All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollar) and are not subject to changePlease keep conversion rates in mind for those who use other currencies
• Coywolf Customs uses PayPal, Ko-fi and Wise for payments• Those within Australia can also use Pay ID as an alternative method
Coywolf Customs does accept short term payment plans for some commissions
Art:
For bulk art orders or pieces over $200, coywolf customs is happy to accept payment plans with a short span of 4 weeks
Fursuits:
• Fursuit commissions will require a down-payment of 20% upfront, which will be a non-refundable deposit• The commissioner may take up to 2 months to finish the full payment providing that the upfront payment is covered initially.
Art:
Coywolf Customs will take a fee for cancellation depending on how far into the project they are, due to the time and effort they have put in.
If a client cancels the commission prior to Coywolf Customs starting on the project, the client will receive a full refund.
Cancelation during the sketch stage will be an 80% refund.
Cancelation during the lineart or colouring stages will be a 20% - 30% refund.
Fursuits:
The non-refundable 20% down payment will not be refundable.
If a client becomes aggressive, Coywolf Customs has the right to cancel the commission with the current progress' worth deducted from the total amount paid
In the case of client cancellation when the project is in motion, the amount of work completed at the time will be deducted from the total payment, on top of the original 20% non refundable down payment.
If a client wishes to get a refund after receiving the finished product, they will not be entitled to any refund.
Coywolf Customs has the right to cancel a commission at any time for personal reasons, the client will receive a full refund if this occurs.
Attempting to get a refund after completion of a project will then blacklist you from my services. My time and effort is not free
Shipping Information
Local pickup:
• If you are located within the local area of Coywolf Customs, you can pickup your item/s without charge at local meets, conventions and other events.
Domestic shipping rates:
These are the average rates, and may be subject to change depending on inflation. These estimated totals pay both for the padded mailers or boxes alongside the shipping.• Padded mailers - $10• Small to Medium boxes - $20• Large boxes - $40+
International shipping rates:
These are the average rates, and may be subject to change depending on tariffs and the global shipping rate at the time.• Padded Mailers - $15+• Small to Medium boxes - $60+• Large boxes - $100+Coywolf Customs will get an accurate quote from a postal service prior to shipping the order out to confirm the price with the client.
Appropriate Content use and Crediting
Private and General Use:
You are allowed to post commissioned artwork publicly, all that is asked is to please credit Coywolf Customs when appropriateAt no time will a person/s be allowed to cover up a watermark.The commissioner may crop the image for profile pictures, banners etc, but cannot claim it as their own work.
Commercial Use:
If discussed thoroughly and agreed upon between both parties, then the commissioner will have full rights over any sales and the profits that they receive, crediting for the artwork itself is still needed.
If commissioning Coywolf Customs specifically for business purposes; Being to sell a custom design as merchandise for personal // shared profit OR directly for fundraisers and charity, please let it be known in advance to work out deadlines and so forth.
General Crediting:
Coywolf Customs asks to credit when appropriate, you don't have to credit in every single post you make.
Adult Content:
You are allowed to create content, whether public or private.If posted on social medias, please refrain from tagging any Coywolf Customs account, as they are strictly SFW.
